By accessing, booking, or purchasing any services through this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and protection for both parties throughout the course of our work together.

1. Services Provided

Services are offered and priced as "starting from" rates.

Final pricing is subject to project complexity, timelines, deliverables, and other bespoke requirements.

2. Bookings & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project slot.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project and before final files are delivered.

  • Payments must be made via bank transfer or Stripe.

Failure to pay on time may result in project delays or additional charges.

3. Pricing Disclaimer

All prices listed are starting rates. Final quotes are determined after reviewing your brief and may vary depending on:

  • Time required

  • Revisions requested

  • Project size or urgency

  • Additional deliverables

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

4. Revisions

Each service includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes outside the original agreement may be subject to extra fees.

5. Project Timeline

Turnaround times vary depending on the service selected and current availability. Estimated timelines are provided upon booking.

If you require expedited delivery, rush fees may apply.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you choose to cancel after work has begun, the initial deposit will not be refunded.

  • In the event I am unable to fulfil your booking, you will be refunded in full.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed work or digital design services once final files are delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Full ownership of final, approved designs is transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.

  • Working files (e.g., Adobe source files) remain the property of the designer unless explicitly agreed otherwise and may be subject to an additional charge.

  • Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain the property of the designer.

8. Use of Work in Portfolio

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials for marketing purposes. Your logo will also be utilised to include a backlink as well as represent the businesses I work/have worked with.

9. Confidentiality

All client information, project details, and materials shared will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior written consent of the client.

10. Limitation of Liability

I shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred as a result of using the services or designs provided. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and legality of all materials before use.

11. Modifications to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that may affect ongoing or future work.
